I fix the operation. Then I build the system that runs it.
AI that answers the after-hours phone. Community apps with your name on them. Client portals, booking tools and video rooms. Every build here started as a problem that kept coming back.

The work
Six builds. One way of working: problem first.
Each one started with a real operational gap: members with no home base, clients chasing their next step, calls that go unanswered after hours. Open any of them for the full story.
Layla
Calls come in at night and on weekends, with nobody in the office. A voice agent that sorts emergencies from routine calls and books the job.

Process first. Then the tool.
Most operational problems aren’t one-off. They repeat because something in how work moves is unclear, missing or held together by habit. I start there, before recommending any tool. Many problems are solved without new software at all.
A better process
Clear processes, ownership and routines, documented so others can do them.
Practical AI
AI inside the tools you already use, on the tasks it can reliably handle.
Software built for the job
When the right tool doesn’t exist, I build it, like every system on this page.
Working together
A simple start. No long sales calls.
- i.Tell me the problem
In your own words. It doesn’t need to be figured out.
- ii.Talk it through
How the problem shows up in your business, day to day.
- iii.Get a clear recommendation
What I would do and which kind of support fits, or if I’m not the right fit.
- iv.Do the work together
We put the fix in place and make sure it holds up in real life.
The founder
Nearly two decades of real work.
I’m Michelle Robinson, founder and CEO of Clairen Haus. Before I built software, I spent nearly 20 years in operations: managing teams, fixing broken systems and building processes from the ground up.
That’s still how I work. I start with the operation itself, stay close to the people running it, and only bring in AI or software when it genuinely makes the work easier.
“I’ve been in the room. I know what broken looks like, and I know what fixed feels like.”

Got a problem that keeps coming back?
