i.The problem

Great coaching, scattered delivery.

Coaches with a premium 1:1 offer often deliver it by hand. Conversations happen in DMs, assignments go out by email, resources sit in several folders, and there’s no clear way to show a client their progress.

The coaching may be excellent, but the experience around it feels scattered, and the coach spends time rebuilding context before every session.

  • Assignments by email
  • Resources in several folders
  • No clear way to show progress
  • Rebuilding context before each session

ii.Process first

First, map how coaching runs between sessions.

Before designing anything, I mapped how 1:1 coaching delivery actually runs between sessions, named the gaps, and defined who it’s for: established executive and leadership coaches.

  1. DiscoveryMapped delivery between sessions and named the gaps
  2. DesignSix areas around a coach’s own offer, a scale with defined stages, two clear views
  3. BuildThe interactive tour and the product site, in the Clairen Haus brand
  4. LaunchProduct site live, a self-serve founding plan, a waitlist for group delivery

iii.Then the tool

Then the tool: one branded client space.

Communication, resources, assignments, feedback, progress and next steps live together, with one view for the coach and another for each client. Tap a stage on the scale.
