The Founder
Clairen Haus was founded by Michelle Robinson — an operations strategist and AI platform developer with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience managing teams, fixing broken systems, and building processes from the ground up.
This isn't consulting built on frameworks borrowed from other consultants. It's built from time spent inside organizations, in the rooms where the real problems live — the ones that don't show up on any org chart.
That experience now powers two things: a consultancy that helps SMBs build operational clarity, and a suite of AI platforms designed to run the systems we design — so the work doesn't just live in a deck.
